I will tailor my services to fit your needs, and can arrange all your music for the entire day should you wish.

Most couples ask me to play for three parts of their weddings; the Ceremony, the Drinks Reception, and the Wedding Breakfast. These can be booked separately or in combination.

Every package includes:

A Free Consultation – This is an opportunity to discuss your vision for the day and hear any arrangements of your favourite songs. This is free of charge and can be done over the phone, or via FaceTime, Zoom, or Skype.

My Grand Piano Shell – Not to brag, but it’s bigger than everyone else’s! My Grand Piano Shell was custom built by a local craftsman and is more in proportion with the real thing, rather than the more compact ones that other pianists use.

All additional equipment – Including professional PA system and additional stage pianos if required, all setup before your guests arrive on the day of your wedding.

Your choices of music – My repertoire grows larger every week, as I learn new music for each wedding I play. Yours is no exception; give me your song requests and I will craft the perfect soundtrack to your day.

The Ceremony

Recorded music just doesn’t cut it. Nothing can set the mood and tug at the heart strings better than emotive Piano music, played live. Accomplished musicians such as myself know how to finish a piece quickly once you have reached the end of the aisle, rather than an awkward fade of an MP3 (or even worse, running out of music before you get there!) I will set the tone for your day and make sure it’s perfect with my years of experience.

Typically, your ceremony consists of:

Guest arrival (at least half an hour of music as guests are taking their seats)

Bridal Entrance (Usually one piece of music, but some brides choose to mix a few songs together, or have a separate song for the bridal party)

Signing of the Register (two or three pieces of your favourite music)

Exit of the Happy Couple (Usually one uplifting piece of music!)

The Drinks Reception

This is the section straight after your ceremony, where you can greet your guests, enjoy some drinks and canapés, and often take a few photos with your photographer. Depending on how many pictures you have planned, this is the perfect place to entertain your guests so you won’t feel guilty leaving them for location shots!

Most couples choose to pick a few more upbeat songs here to get everybody into the party spirit.

I can play from immediately following your ceremony up until the start of your wedding breakfast. Depending on logistics, I can either move the grand piano between sections, or setup an additional digital piano for a quick turnaround.

The Wedding Breakfast

Having live piano at your Wedding Breakfast is a real talking point and really helps to create a great atmosphere. Often, my music will start an impromptu singalong with the guests! I will play for the duration of your meal, typically an hour and a half.

This is also a great way to include your guests into your special day - you could ask them in advance for their favourite music, and pass it to me to create a magical soundtrack with something for everybody. I’m also happy to take requests on the day- if I know it, I’ll play it!
